    • On sunday we went to the Pittsburgh Zoo's Elephant Days with our best friends.

    • we had a joint family/friends birthday party for my son this past saturday it was exhausting for me and a blast according to my son. so it was worth it.

    • 1st testing

    • My son has been taking Karate for about a month at the United States Karate Federation, and is loving it!  He tested today to get his blue stripe (next test he will go for his blue belt) He also had to break his firs board today.  I think I was more nervous for him than he was.

    • G's 10th birthday

    • my niece turned 10 on the 2nd of Sep and this past weekend we celebrated with her chocolate themed birthday party.

    • our driveway is a long one so we drive out to the end and wait for the bus.  Robby took in a present for his teachers today too they were boxes we decorated with GO HOUNDS and the teachers names and then put in sanitizer, tissues and tylenol.

    • when I went to take my son's picture this morning before the firs day of third grade he asked if he could pose.  this is what I got LOL he cracks me up
