    • My husband and I just returned from a friend's wedding in the Bahamas and our resort had a trapeze.  I am 32 years old and have never been on a trapeze.  I thought this would be really fun, so I gave it a try.  It is actually a lot harder than it looks.  I was not able to get my legs up the first time and I was really nervous!  This video was taken with my new pink Vado (from MomTV) on my second try a few days later.  If you ever get the opportunity to swing on a trapeze, try it out.  It is really fun!  Just be prepared to be sore the next day!!!

  • We do our WiiFit everyday before dinner - see how old we are! I am looking forward to getting the EA Fitness program and just got the one from Golds Gym to keep things interesting for virtual fitness.

    We also follow the Wii Moms - and @Momspective who has a support group for Wii virtual fitness for moms

  • Do you have the Wii Fit? If not, this is a great exercising tool that comes with fun game too! My family and I have a great time competing against each other in many sports from skiing to the tight rope. We all hold a world record in our best categories. The Wii Fit keeps track of your weight (it allows you to hide to number from others!), your progress and how often you sign in. This has been one of our favorite purchases this year.
